A LEADER SHOULD ALSO KNOW HOW TO DISCIPLINE THEIR FOLLOWERS

All these while, I though that Children who are disruptive in classroom, they need to be disciplined by the teachers in order to create a positive learning environment. Unfortunately, as I grown up, I notice that some adults need to be discipline as well. Even though as an Adult, should be mature enough to act professionally , whether in work or in community, but somehow a lot of people over-estimated the EQ of an Adult.

In case in an environment without law, how would the world would be? Or with law and without proper enforcement? In school , we call it as creating positive learning environment, but in Adult life is about "Creating Positive Social Environment", "Creating Positive Family Environment", "Creating Positive Working Environment", what else? Some adult are excellent in bring negative elements to everywhere they go and it will be spread around. Just like COVID19, there is no limit where it will go and who they will be infected.

There are certain types of leaders in an organization who failed to discipline their subordinates that had cause trouble and bringing in lots of negative impact to the departments or organization which had caused Negative Environment in Workplace. This kind of leaders had misunderstood what is the true meaning of Humanistic. They try to be a leader that is very "considerate". Unfortunately in a wrong way.

Moreover, they had wrong concept about what is the actual meaning of Rapport Building. They though that by just "respecting" what their subordinate behavior is and let them do whatever they want as long as they complete their work, it will be alright. This kind of misconception had caused a lot of negative elements happening in the whole department. 

As a leader/Managerial Level, usually they have years of working experiences. By just having experience in work will not make them as a good leader. They are nothing different than just an efficient and experienced employee. Holding a position as Manager and above, they should have the knowledge of what their job scope. Besides, leading the team or department to achieve the organization goals, they are responsible to manage their subordinates. 

In a working environment, not every moment that it is positive, teamwork , efficient and high productivity. There are a lot of behavior and mindset issues such as jealousy, backstab, argument and quarrel. As in Managerial Level, they should be clear with the pathway , how they become Manager and above. A lot of them act as if they are politicians and need the votes of their subordinates in order to secure in their position (protect their rice bowl). This kind of mindset is totally wrong because they will fail in managing their subordinate, especially  there are crisis about teamwork in between your subordinates will happen. 

This kind of managerial / leadership style, whenever their subordinates quarrel or backstab anyone, they just pretend to be nothing or just imaging that they ignore. Just like the 3 monkeys (one close the eyes, one close the mouth and one close the ears). So the subordinates that love to cause havoc, will continue to do so because there is no action taken against them to discipline them. The victims will be continues to be disturb by this kind of disruptive staff.

The overly disruptive staff, then will caused the organization unable to run smoothly due to too many of office politics. Other than that, this kind of leader will sooner or later cause those victims and 3rd party to lose respect towards them. Sometimes, it is may be good to not get involve in an argument but if you are a leader, be responsible with the position given to you. The leader should know that pro-long of disruptive behavior of a staff will cause problem to the organization. It will also affect the productivity and efficiency of the organization. An organization hire staff to work and be professional and not hiring staff to play office politics and cause havoc in the organization. 

As in Managerial Level, should be afraid to discipline your staff. If your staff go against you, there are hierarchy in the organization. After all, they have to follow your instruction. Moreover, your managerial level is promoted by the company and is not through election and voted by your subordinates. if this kind of leader couldn't discipline their followers, more and more those with positive attitude will resign and leave the company. Then what was leave are those disruptive behavioral staff. 

Perangai insan yang begitu buruk, jika tiada tindakan diambil, maka ia akan mempengaruhi orang di sisinya. Ia juga boleh memburukkan nama keluarganya, organisasi , kawannya dan sesiapa yang dekat dengannya. Sebab Nila Setitik Rosak Susu Sebelanga.

TREASURING OWN STUFFS = TREASURING RELATIONSHIP

If you are single and still looking for boyfriend or girlfriend, choose those who know how to treasure their stuffs. Try to monitor them, are they always buy new things and throw others where they still could be used. 

If those like to buy new things and throw away stuff even if it still could be used or even if throw away stuff that was present by their family members of friends, most of them, they do not know how to treasure their relationship. 

When they like that things, they will buy. Then after some times, they see new things, they fall in love with the new things and buy it. Even the old one that once they like and still could be used, the waste the money and threw them away It is the same goes to the Relationship. They fall in love with you, when they see someone they think they are better, they can easily go for another one and then "throw" you away. 

If that person have the heart of knowing how to treasure stuff that they bought or present by their family/friends, it means that they are better in treasuring relationship. There are a lot of people who really treasure a relationship, those stuffs given by their family/friends, they still keep it even if it is already broken. It's because the stuffs comes with the relationship and memories. So, choosing someone, there are certain attitude that others may think it is just nothing, it does shown some hidden attitude of them that we could observe and discover.
